Not the numbers.

A private circle for serious investors. Post signals, see your group's moves — encrypted on your device before anything hits the server.

encrypted

End-to-end encrypted

Your passphrase never leaves your device. The server only sees encrypted blobs — it literally cannot read your data.

group

Private circles

Share a group ID and passphrase with people you trust. No public profiles, no algorithms, no social graph.

percent

Signals, not positions

You share percentage allocations, not exact share counts or prices. Stay private while staying connected.

How it works

01
Create a circle

Pick a group name and a shared passphrase. Share both out-of-band with your trusted group — that passphrase is your encryption key.

02
Post signals

Record moves locally. When you post, the signal is encrypted on your device before it reaches the server.

03
See your circle

Pull the feed. Only members who know the passphrase can decrypt and see what's been posted.

Portfolio is local. Activity is shared. Importing holdings does not broadcast anything. Only posted trades become signals, and each device must press Sync to push or pull updates.

Quick add trade

Record a local move and share only the percentage signal.

Import from Scalable Capital

Upload your "All transactions" CSV from Scalable Capital. Open positions with weighted average buy-in are computed automatically.

Manual import

One line per holding: asset, shares, avg price, optional mark price.
